Return & Exchange Policy – Little Sunbeam 

At Little Sunbeam, we strive to provide the softest, safest, and most comfortable clothing for your little one. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

• Returns & exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. if there is a size misfit for the first time. 
•  Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Exchange are offered only if there is a manufacturing defect. (Kindly share images of the defect immediately opening video is must). We do not accept return or refund requests on any sale or clearance items.
•  For hygiene reasons, nappies, innerwear, and personalized/customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email us at [littlesunbeamkidswear@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 73394 92431 with your order details.
2️⃣ Return Approval: Once approved, we will share the return shipping details.
3️⃣ Ship the Product: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Refund/Exchange Processing: Upon receiving the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
